The Line Cook role at Duffy's is a critical position responsible for the preparation and cooking of assigned food items in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and portion control guidelines. Reporting directly to the Chef, the Line Cook plays an essential role in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring that meals are prepared safely and consistently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to work days nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Clean food preparation equipment work areas and counters or tables

  • Cook plate and garnish all menu items
