Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment is crucial, and you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure each dish reflects the excellence and innovation associated with Erickson Senior Living’s dining services. This fast-paced, dynamic position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to food quality and safety. Working some weekends and holidays as needed, you will be an essential contributor to a welcoming dining atmosphere that supports the vibrant lifestyles of our residents.

Working at The Grandview means being part of a supportive community that prioritizes employee wellness and development. Team members benefit from a range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a robust 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and health and wellness services provided onsite. Additionally, staff enjoy a 30% discount on food and beverages at our dining venues and access to specially priced healthy meal options.
