Job Requirements
- High school education
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Ability to read and follow recipes and food production procedures
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef about featured items, special events and shift information
- Prepare food based on daily needs and par levels using proper recipe procedures
- Adhere to guest allergy sensitivity protocols
- Set up and maintain station with correct food products and utensils
- Monitor product levels and restock when necessary
- Cook food to perfection in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- Check all dishes for proper plate presentation, quality, and temperature before sending to guests
- Clean and sanitize work area including counters, utensils, cutting boards, preparation area and floors
- Ensure proper equipment temperature for food storage
- Change sanitizer every two hours or as needed
- Maintain professional and gracious demeanor at all times
- Perform all opening, running, and closing duties
- Carry out any job function requested by management
