Currently, The Grass Skirt and Captains Quarters are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join their back-of-house teams in both part-time and full-time roles. Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service
- Receive and store food supplies properly
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
