As a Broiler Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen's operations by expertly preparing and cooking steaks and other broiled specialties. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of line cook experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of broiler experience at a steakhouse
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Food handler's certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of line cook experience

Job Duties

  • Prep and cook steakhouse menu items on the broiler
  • Ensure food is cooked to correct temperature and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of broiler station
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to complete orders efficiently
  • Monitor broiler equipment performance and report any issues
  • Assist in inventory management for broiler ingredients
