The role also involves operating food production equipment safely, promoting a hygienic kitchen environment, and following all safety protocols to protect both staff and members. Excellent communication skills are necessary as the Cook must coordinate effectively with management, colleagues, and vendors to support smooth kitchen operations and positive interactions.

TBCC’s culture is deeply rooted in its "Code of Culture," which includes their Mantra, Actions We Live By, and Pete’s Promise. This philosophy encourages employees to respect tradition, take ownership, maintain humility, work collaboratively as a team, and continuously strive for improvement. The Cook is expected to embody these values, participate actively in required trainings and meetings, and represent the company professionally at all times. Flexibility in scheduling is required as shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This hourly position offers a competitive wage ranging from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, reflecting the skills and experience needed to operate effectively in a high-volume, quality-focused environment. The Cook role not only provides an opportunity to flourish in a respected company but also encourages ongoing professional development and growth within the culinary and hospitality fields.
