Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Maintain a valid Food Handlers' certification
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station
- Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags
- Cook foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
- Ensure quality, food safety, sanitation, and timeliness of all dishes served
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and working area
- Be well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
- Handle all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Over Easy guidelines
