The role of a Hotel Line Cook at Concord Hospitality offers a great opportunity for culinary professionals eager to bring their skills to a dynamic and growing hospitality environment. This position involves preparing food with attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. A key part of this role is maintaining consistent food quality by following brand-specific recipe cards and proper documentation on all food containers, adhering to standard operating procedures for food rotation. Safety standards must be practiced at all times in the kitchen, and cooks are expected to report to work in a full clean uniform, on time and ready to serve. The ability to cook orders according to guest requests or special dietary needs, with a positive attitude, is essential. Proactive participation in ordering, managing pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep is necessary to prevent service obstacles and maintain a smooth operational flow.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and physical stamina
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- punctual and reliable
- ability to work well with others
