This approach has helped Driftwood Hospitality Management build a team composed of some of the best talents in the hospitality field, including positions across a variety of hotels managed under their brand. The company operates properties that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which demands a flexible, dynamic workforce that can adapt to varying shift days, starting times, and hours worked to meet operational needs effectively.

The role available at Driftwood Hospitality Management focuses on a vital kitchen position responsible for food preparation and quality control, particularly related to meat, fish, fowl, and other frontline food items. This position requires a skilled culinary professional who can maintain high standards in food quality and preparation processes to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The role involves setting up and managing food production stations, ensuring that all broiled and sautéed food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and guest specifications. The position also requires keeping detailed logs for cooling, heating, and temperature control, adhering strictly to company policies and safety procedures, and participating actively in fire prevention and emergency protocols.

Successful candidates must maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance as outlined in the company’s team member handbook and demonstrate a proactive approach by assisting other kitchen personnel when needed. The environment can be physically demanding, requiring the candidate to lift heavy food products and perform duties in extreme temperature ranges and confined spaces.

Overall, this position offers a robust opportunity to be part of a reputable hospitality management company with a clear commitment to employee development, diversity, and inclusion. Employees can expect to enjoy benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plans, disability and life insurance, employee assistance programs, as well as dining and room discounts.
