The Line Cook role at Maggiano's is a critical position responsible for preparing, presenting, and following recipes for all menu items at the assigned station. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Must comply with food safety standards
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a culinary role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
