Duties will also include operating kitchen equipment safely in compliance with OSHA regulations, continued preparation and stocking of ingredients, and responding swiftly to guest requests ensuring their orders meet exact specifications. This role requires physical stamina, as the candidate will spend 100% of their shift standing or walking and lifting items up to 50 pounds, ensuring efficiency even in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include managing food storage, proper rotation, and stock replenishment to uphold quality and prevent waste. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old to be hired
- 18 years old to operate mandated equipment
- Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level
- Capacity to work at approximately 36 inch table/stove and reach in approx. 36 inches
- Ability to perform duties at a continuous high pace while maintaining quality and speed standards
- Willingness to complete hourly position validations and training
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old to be hired, 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications
- Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining quality and speed
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Prior experience in a similar food preparation role is preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
Job Duties
