This summer, Flower Child is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of a new location in Regency Mall, and we are currently hiring team members to join this exciting new venture. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our kitchen staff as Line Cooks. As a Line Cook at Flower Child, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of food quality and preparation that define the brand. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $21.50, reflecting the value we place on skilled professionals committed to excellent food service.
The role demands a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Ideal candidates will possess more than one year of experience in similar settings, demonstrating not only technical cooking skills but also excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare food from scratch following our carefully crafted recipes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
You will be cooking a wide variety of ingredients including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and more, employing equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers. Maintaining a clean working environment and adhering strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards is essential. Beyond technical skills, flexibility is key; the ability to work weekends, some holidays, and fill in as needed will ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

- More than one year of experience in high-volume restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
