This position primarily involves food preparation duties, focusing on the evening shift, which is preferred due to operational needs. Candidates will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards. Food cooking tasks include utilizing various kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Additional responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the workstation, serving food in proper portions on appropriate receptacles, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing and disinfecting tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Monitoring temperatures of appliances and food items to meet safety and quality standards is also a critical aspect of the job.
The position demands adherence to company safety and security policies, with an emphasis on reporting any maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe work conditions to management promptly. Associates must complete all required safety training and certification programs. Professionalism is vital; this includes maintaining a clean and professional personal appearance, protecting company assets, and upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
