Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years of experience working in food service, hospitality management, or related field
- Must hold Serve Safe Certification at time of hire or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months
- No alcohol or drug related driving events in the last 36 months
- Basic computer skills including internet navigation and email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship
- Ability to work designated schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 10% of working day
- Ability to work seated for 10% and standing for 90% of working day
- Ability to work on a mobile device or computer for 50% of working day
- Ability to grasp, pinch, turn and reach above shoulder height
- Ability to drive between Exact Sciences locations as business requires
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years of experience working in food service, hospitality management, or related field
- Must hold Serve Safe Certification at time of hire or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Possession of a valid driver's license with no suspended, revoked, surrendered, or invalid status
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months
- No alcohol or drug event involving driving within the last 36 months
- Basic computer skills including internet navigation, email usage, and word processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times
- Follow Exact Sciences standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation
- Ensure preparation station and kitchen is set up and stocked
- Assist team members with stocking of stations and setting them up correctly
- Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
- Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range
- Maintain a clean workstation by cleaning prep areas, kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves and taking care of any leftovers in the workspace
