As a Line Cook under the general supervision of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of menu items including appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, side orders, salads, and desserts. This role requires precision, efficiency, and dedication to maintaining high food quality standards to ensure our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working under pressure, have the ability to multi-task, and work harmoniously within a team setting. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant cooking environment, and adherence to strict regulatory requirements including passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screens, random controlled substance tests, background investigations, and obtaining gaming licenses in Arizona and California. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age in Arizona
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Must pass random drug and controlled substance abuse tests
- Must undergo background investigation
- Must obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience in preparing a wide range of dishes
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
Job Duties
