Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience as a line cook in fine dining
- Attendance to culinary program or college preferred
- Valid and current ANSI Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take direction and work under pressure
- Professional communication skills
- Capable of standing and walking for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be self-motivated and organized
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare line station before each service
- Ensure all supplies and food needed for the shift are available and ready for use
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line station to assure smooth service
- Prep food items needed for other stations or special events and buffets
- Comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- Prepare food according to orders promptly and accurately with proper temperature and presentation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including grills, ovens, and refrigeration equipment daily
- Clean the line at the end of service and assist with closing duties
- Handle, store, and rotate all food products properly
- Accept food deliveries and store items properly
- Assist in developing new recipes and stay updated on culinary trends
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
