Job Requirements

  • Must have 1 plus year high-volume restaurant experience
  • You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • You have an eye for detail and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long shifts
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work clean and maintain kitchen hygiene
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Work weekends and some holidays
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
