Job Requirements
- Must have 1 plus year high-volume restaurant experience
- You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds
- You have an eye for detail and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long shifts
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work clean and maintain kitchen hygiene
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Work weekends and some holidays
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
