The Line Cook position at Maggiano's Little Italy is a vital role within the culinary team, responsible for the preparation, presentation, and recipe adherence of all menu items in their designated station. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards that Maggiano's is known for. The kitchen team, comprised of Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, operates with the professionalism and pace of a top-tier culinary establishment, consistently delivering quality dishes to guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

  • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
