Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items in assigned station according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes to comply with company standards
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support culinary leadership in daily kitchen operations
