Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hygiene standards
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic culinary knowledge and cooking techniques
  • Ability to operate fryers safely
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prep and cook menu items during service
  • Operate fryers safely and efficiently during high-volume service
  • Maintain fryer station cleanliness, oil quality, and food safety standards
  • Work efficiently during busy rushes and events
  • Keep the truck and kitchen area clean and organized
  • Assist with opening, closing, prep, and restocking
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
