Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hygiene standards
- Good physical health and stamina
- Reliable and punctual

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role

Job Duties
- Prep and cook menu items during service
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently during high-volume service

- Work efficiently during busy rushes and events
- Keep the truck and kitchen area clean and organized
- Assist with opening, closing, prep, and restocking
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
