Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time 12 to 26 hours per week
- Evening availability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Basic math skills to adjust recipe quantities
- Experience with food preparation and cooking preferred
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to learn and use proper knife skills
- Experience with manual and automated kitchen equipment
- Customer service experience beneficial
Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen daily according to company standards
- Maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for products
- Delivers excellent customer service to customers
- Cooks and fries hot foods following recipes
- Weighs, measures, and mixes ingredients accurately
- Prepares pizzas and other menu items as per Harmons recipes
- Uses kitchen equipment to prepare food items
- Assembles and packages to-go items
- Prepares sauces for wok bar recipes
- Documents food safety temperatures
- Assists with dishwashing and dish room cleanliness
- Receives and stocks products
- Supports overall kitchen success
