Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of line cook experience
  • Availability to work night shifts exclusively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience as a line cook
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Saltgrass Steakhouse recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to provide excellent guest service
  • Manage cooking equipment and kitchen supplies efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
