This job posting is looking for dedicated full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs to join the P.F. Chang's culinary team. The hourly pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 depending on previous experience, with comprehensive benefits available to qualifying team members. The Line Cook and related culinary positions play a vital role in accommodating guest needs by preparing food items precisely and maintaining the highest safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen. These positions involve preparing and cooking meals to company specifications under the supervision of the chef, plating foods according to directives, as well as assisting with kitchen setup, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils. Candidates are expected to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating an eye for detail and a passion for food.
No previous experience is required as P.F. Chang's provides paid on-the-job training to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
- Knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
- Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs, continuously bend, reach and twist
- Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
- Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
