The job is full-time or part-time with competitive compensation starting at a base wage of $18.81 per hour in Denver and $14.81 per hour elsewhere in Colorado, with additional tip pool benefits that can increase earnings significantly. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support kitchen and front of house in cleanliness and quality of food preparation
  • Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes as directed by executive chefs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff
