- Previous line cook experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute dishes to exact recipe, portion, and plating standards
- Run a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
- Assist with production of pastas, pizzas, and signature Italian plates
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and expeditors to keep service smooth
- Handle dietary requests and modifications with care and professionalism
- Support opening and closing duties: restocking, sanitation, and equipment care
- Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities
