Job Requirements

  • Previous line cook experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta and pizza skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle dietary modifications professionally

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute dishes to exact recipe, portion, and plating standards
  • Run a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
  • Assist with production of pastas, pizzas, and signature Italian plates
  • Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and expeditors to keep service smooth
  • Handle dietary requests and modifications with care and professionalism
  • Support opening and closing duties: restocking, sanitation, and equipment care
  • Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities
