- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage and run a busy kitchen station efficiently
- Ensure proper plate presentation and quality control
- Participate in cross-training and skill development activities
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene
