Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

- Combination of education and relevant culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
- Basic literacy to read product labels and communicate guest needs

- Experience in a hotel kitchen environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate closely with sous chef and kitchen staff
- Adhere to scheduled work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Communicate effectively with the team and guests
- Assist with inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance
