We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team at Lexington Country Club. In this pivotal role, the Line Cook will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain the highest standards of quality in our dining offerings. This position demands a dedicated culinary professional with a minimum of two years of culinary experience within a hotel or country club environment. The successful candidate will play an essential role in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with senior kitchen staff to ensure outstanding food quality, proper handling and storage of ingredients, and strict adherence to food safety regulations. The Line Cook will also contribute to inventory management and menu planning for both regular dining services and special club events. This position requires flexibility, as scheduling will vary based on event demands and dining service needs.
