Job Duties
- Prepare dishes using fresh, sustainable ingredients from local farms
- Learn and apply diverse culinary skills at different kitchen stations
- Ensure all food products meet high quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver an excellent dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
