Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant cook experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes using fresh, sustainable ingredients from local farms
  • Learn and apply diverse culinary skills at different kitchen stations
  • Ensure all food products meet high quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver an excellent dining experience
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management
