Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferably in healthcare skilled nursing or senior living settings
- ability to work full-time hours including weekends
- successful completion of background screening prior to employment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Job Duties
- prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables butchering meat or preparing sauces
- cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and timely manner
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
