Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Active Texas Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes in accordance with restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the kitchen
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- Monitor inventory and assist in receiving kitchen deliveries
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
