Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or kitchen assistant preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and chef instructions precisely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical capability to perform kitchen tasks involving lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items, including setting up and storing stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the designated season daily, following the chefs preparation and torque lists
- Execute all kitchen orders according to recipe specifications, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
- Respond, inform and follow the instructions of the chef or executive
- Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and clients
- Comply with safety regulations in the handling of kitchen equipment and utensils
