Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or kitchen assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and chef instructions precisely
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical capability to perform kitchen tasks involving lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items, including setting up and storing stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the designated season daily, following the chefs preparation and torque lists
  • Execute all kitchen orders according to recipe specifications, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
  • Respond, inform and follow the instructions of the chef or executive
  • Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and clients
  • Comply with safety regulations in the handling of kitchen equipment and utensils
