Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards
maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas
ensure quality, presentation, and timing of dishes meet club expectations
assist with prep work, inventory, and daily setup/breakdown
work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
