As an integral part of a dynamic venue, we passionately serve a diverse clientele, ensuring each meal is prepared with precision and care. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of our operations, from sourcing ingredients to plating dishes, and every team member plays a vital role in achieving this mission.
The role of the Line Cook within our company is pivotal to our culinary success. This position involves preparing and ensuring the quality and consistency of all food menu items in alignment with our established standards. The Line Cook interacts with fellow employees and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to uphold the principles of gracious hospitality that define our brand. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow complex recipes accurately, and the capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience working in a high-volume culinary operation, contributing directly to the customer experience. The Line Cook will be expected to maintain professional appearance standards as outlined in the company employee handbook, anticipate and accommodate guest needs, and handle allergy and dietary restrictions responsibly.

The Line Cook is responsible for properly setting up stations, following first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory principles, completing opening and closing side work, and assisting in daily operations such as checking cover counts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and fire sheets. Participation in daily pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental meetings is also vital to maintain high standards and foster continuous learning within the team. The successful candidate will embody a positive and professional attitude while demonstrating knowledge of the company, its partners, and supporting hotel environments. Being a dedicated team player who supports colleagues and leads by example is critical in this role.
