The Line Cook role at Constellation, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is a full-time position within the dining and events segment. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced cook eager to join a dynamic kitchen team at the Norton Museum. Working as a Line Cook in this fast-paced and efficient environment means preparing high-quality meals with an emphasis on scratch cooking. Line Cooks will be responsible for quality and portion control, meticulous food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space. Job Requirements

  • At least one year culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment
  • knowledge of culinary methods and standards

  • proficient in use of kitchen equipment
  • good customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
  • ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items
  • customer service experience is required
  • food handlers’ certification is a plus
