Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's certification
- certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- previous experience preferred
- open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
- ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled perfectly
- manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
- assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring compliance with high standards and guest expectations
- prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to recipes and standards
- monitor quality and presentation of each dish to ensure it meets company standards before serving
