The High Volume Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items primarily from scratch, adhering strictly to established recipes to ensure consistent quality. Cooking duties include handling a diverse array of proteins like meats, seafood, poultry, as well as vegetables, using various cooking equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers. Attention to food safety and sanitation standards is paramount, ensuring that all kitchen operations maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. - minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
