Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
- cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards and work clean
- perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- be available to work weekends and some holidays
- fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
- communicate effectively and stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds
