Currently, 30hop is seeking full-time and part-time Line Cooks who are motivated, passionate about food, and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen where efficiency, quality, and consistency are paramount. Line Cooks at 30hop prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness and food safety protocols. This position demands strong communication skills as well as physical stamina to meet the requirements of kitchen demands.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Prolonged periods of walking or standing
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time

Job Duties

  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
  • Exceptional communication skills - the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line
  • Other duties as assigned
