Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail
- willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a foodservice or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- passion for food and hospitality
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication towards hospitality
- make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
