Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a foodservice or kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
  • interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication towards hospitality
  • make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
  • act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
  • operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
  • prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
  • keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
