Job Description

Table 301 is a renowned hospitality group rooted in Greenville, South Carolina, that has been a staple in the local dining scene since 1997. It began its journey with the opening of Soby's New South Cuisine, a beloved restaurant that introduced innovative and modern Southern dishes to the area. Over the years, Table 301 has expanded to include a diverse portfolio of dining establishments and services. These include Soby's, Table 301 Catering and Kitchen, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE, Jianna, Passerelle Bistro, Southern Pressed Juicery, Highway 301 Food Truck, and a full catering service that prides itself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. With a commitment to quality, creativity, and community, Table 301 has established itself as a leader in Greenville's dynamic food scene, drawing locals and visitors alike to its varied restaurants and venues.

The current opportunity is for passionate line and prep cooks to join the NOSE DIVE team, part of the Table 301 family. NOSE DIVE is a casual gastropub located in downtown Greenville, known for its urban comfort food that blends creativity with modern culinary techniques. The role of line and prep cook is essential in delivering consistent, high-quality food that meets the restaurant's standards and specifications. This position involves preparing both hot and cold food items, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and ensuring timely production of food orders. Cooks are expected to master all menu items at their assigned stations and uphold safe food handling practices at all times.

Working at NOSE DIVE means joining a team that values multi-tasking, teamwork, and a proactive attitude with a 'go giver' personality. Full-time employees enjoy robust benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, a company-matching 401(k) plan, dining discounts across all Table 301 restaurants, and many other perks. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended hours, but it offers the rewarding experience of being part of a respected and growing hospitality group.
