This opportunity is for Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs who will be instrumental in providing guests with meticulously prepared dishes according to established recipes and safety standards. Available positions include both full-time and part-time roles, with an hourly pay range of $16.00 to $20.00 depending on experience. As a member of P.F. Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary, training provided
- Possession of current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Ability to memorize menu items and recipes
- Knowledge and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience is not required
- Current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- A love for food and attention to detail with cooking including weights, measurements, and volumes
- Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
- Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
