Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness regulations
- Basic knife skills preferred
- Must be able to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Qualifications

- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Red Robin recipes and standards
- Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support a positive and energetic team environment
