Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Basic knife skills preferred
  • Must be able to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Must be 17 years or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Red Robin recipes and standards
  • Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Support a positive and energetic team environment
