Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of cooking experience for lead line cook role
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • previous experience in a similar type of restaurant preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • adhere to health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
  • monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors
  • assist in menu development and daily specials preparation as required
  • support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
