As a Line Cook at Main Event, you will play a vital role in delivering quality food and maintaining operational excellence in the kitchen. This position is crafted for individuals who have a passion for food and take pride in preparing dishes that meet the company's strict recipes and standards. Your responsibilities will include prepping and cooking menu items, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and collaborating closely with the Service Team to ensure guests receive their orders accurately and promptly. Line Cooks are expected to be knowledgeable about the food preparation process, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a well-organized and stocked station.
This role requires at least six months of experience in a similar position as a Line Cook or Prep Cook, with a guest-focused mindset and excellent teamwork skills. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess Food Handlers Certification if required by their location. The job requires effective communication with management, team members, and guests, as well as flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards
- Working in partnership with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely
- Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures

- Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
