Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • good communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • adherence to health and safety standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
  • passion for cooking and a desire to learn
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and assemble menu items, with a primary focus on our signature wood-fired rotisserie chicken
  • execute the cooking and grilling of various dishes following Cowboy Chicken's recipes and guidelines
  • work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure that orders are prepared and cooked promptly
  • assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory of ingredients
  • monitor the quality of food products at each stage of preparation
  • maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to proper sanitation practices and food safety guidelines
  • coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
  • be willing to assist in various areas of the kitchen as needed
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
