This part-time Line Cook position is based at the Miami Beach Convention Center and offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $25. The role requires varied shifts with open availability preferred, providing flexibility for personal commitments. The Line Cook will be an essential member of the culinary team, focusing not only on food preparation but also on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe, healthy work environment. Responsibilities include the precise preparation, portioning, cooking, and presentation of a variety of hot and cold dishes across multiple meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and special catered events. The role involves following recipes and product instructions, potentially managing an a la carte service or grill station and embodying teamwork and adaptability to meet client needs and business demands.
