At Fresh Kitchen, guests are invited to build their own custom bowls quickly and conveniently, with a focus on quality and nutritional value. The menu features made-from-scratch, fresh-to-order ingredients including fresh greens, perfectly seasoned rices, hand-cut roasted vegetables, and hormone and antibiotic-free grilled meats. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- previous culinary experience with a strong passion for food and people and good knife skills
- team player with a good attitude and works with a sense of urgency
- ability to read and follow written recipes
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work in both hot and cool environments
- able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- self accountable in upholding high standards
- able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily or as needed
- willingness to learn and develop
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification if not already certified, assistance provided to obtain

Job Duties
- be an ambassador of the mission and core values and contribute to a positive work environment
- prepare high quality, fresh, from scratch food at high volumes
- follow recipes and adhere to food specifications ensuring quality and consistency
- maintain pars and counts of responsible items
- ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination
- use kitchen machinery including knives, ovens, grills, gas stoves, food processors, and blenders properly complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- properly set up, break down, and clean your station to set yourself and other team members up for success
- perform additional responsibilities as requested at any time
