At least one years’ culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment
Knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in use of kitchen equipment and tools
Customer service experience

Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
