Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Passion for food and people
- Energetic and incredible attitude and personality
- Willingness to receive direction and work independently and in a team
- Ability to regularly lift at least 20 pounds and reach, bend, and stoop
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 6 hours
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work around a variety of food ingredients and items
- ServSafe food handler certification (Fresh Kitchen will assist in obtaining if needed)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a friendly, energetic personality
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and inform them about new menu items
- Make suggestions and highlight Fresh Kitchen’s food philosophy
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu offerings and answer guest questions
- Assist guests in building beautiful bowls with precise portions
- Maintain professionalism and high hospitality standards in all interactions
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards are upheld
- Participate in opening, closing, and mid-shift duties as needed
