Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Passion for food and people
  • Energetic and incredible attitude and personality
  • Willingness to receive direction and work independently and in a team
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 20 pounds and reach, bend, and stoop
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 6 hours
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work around a variety of food ingredients and items
  • ServSafe food handler certification (Fresh Kitchen will assist in obtaining if needed)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a friendly, energetic personality
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and inform them about new menu items
  • Make suggestions and highlight Fresh Kitchen’s food philosophy
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu offerings and answer guest questions
  • Assist guests in building beautiful bowls with precise portions
  • Maintain professionalism and high hospitality standards in all interactions
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards are upheld
  • Participate in opening, closing, and mid-shift duties as needed
