This combination creates an inviting atmosphere that appeals to a diverse clientele seeking an innovative and high-quality dining experience. Makoto’s culinary vision is driven by Chef Makoto Okuwa, a master of Edomae-style sushi, who continuously reinvents traditional Japanese dishes to cater to a sophisticated audience eager for fresh and exciting flavors. The restaurant prides itself on delivering exceptional food, service, and ambiance, making it a distinguished choice among luxury dining venues.
