Job Duties
- prepare high-quality dishes according to menu and sourcing standards
- assist in kitchen operations including food prep cooking and plating
- transition smoothly between kitchen and dining room roles as needed
- deliver dishes to tables explaining ingredients and preparation methods when applicable
- anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring seamless dining experience when applicable
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent culinary and service standards
- work dinner service Tuesday through Saturday with occasional Sunday and Monday availability for special events
