Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality dishes according to menu and sourcing standards
  • assist in kitchen operations including food prep cooking and plating
  • transition smoothly between kitchen and dining room roles as needed
  • deliver dishes to tables explaining ingredients and preparation methods when applicable
  • anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring seamless dining experience when applicable
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent culinary and service standards
  • work dinner service Tuesday through Saturday with occasional Sunday and Monday availability for special events
